JINDAL STAINLESS SAATHI LOYALTY PROGRAM

Terms and Conditions

  1. This application is intended solely for the use by the partners of Jindal Stainless Ltd. The term "Partners" may include fabricators, retailers, dealers and any other end users of JSL.
  2. The scheme/program is designed for partners, offering tailored benefits, resources and exclusive deals to enhance their business.
  3. If an individual misrepresents themselves, in any manner, then the company reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings, both civil and criminal.
  4. Registration for the program is free, allowing partners to join without any financial commitment.
  5. JSL reserves the right to verify the information provided by Partners and may suspend or deactivate any account found to contain incorrect, incomplete or misleading information.
  6. Redemption will only be processed once the necessary approval is obtained.
  7. Points will only be credited to partners upon scanning the valid QR code pasted on genuine Jindal Saathi Seal Stainless Steel pipes & tubes.
  8. The value per point is set at 1 Point = 0.15 paise. Company reserves the right to change the point value at any time.
  9. Partner’s registered mobile phone number serves as their unique identifier.
  10. Registration requires both first and last names and a valid mobile number.
  11. By registering, Partners agree to the terms of the program, which may be updated periodically.
  12. Loyalty points, benefits and privileges are non-transferable.
  13. If Loyalty points and/or rewards are wrongly credited, Jindal Stainless Ltd. may reverse the same.
  14. Using program benefits implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  15. This program cannot be combined with any other company schemes.
  16. Jindal Stainless Ltd. reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the program at its sole discretion.
  17. Jindal Stainless Ltd. reserves the right to modify its schemes, campaigns or bounty lists without prior notice.
  18. A PAN Card is required for transactions above ₹10,000.
  19. Any dispute arising from this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi, India.
  20. Points cannot be redeemed against cash value.
  21. Jindal Stainless Ltd. has appointed Evolve Brands Pvt. Ltd. for end-to-end management of this loyalty program.
  22. The fulfilment of merchandise available in the catalogue will be the responsibility of Evolve Brands Pvt. Ltd.

Data Privacy and Consent

A. Consent for Data Collection and Processing

By registering and participating in the program, the Partner provides consent for the collection and processing of personal data including name, mobile number, PAN, business details and transaction data.

  • Partner identification and onboarding
  • QR code verification and transaction validation
  • Reward processing and program administration
  • Fraud detection and misuse prevention
  • Program-related communication
Geo-location Data Usage
  • Captured only at the time of scan
  • No continuous tracking
  • Used strictly for validation and fraud prevention
  • Processed in compliance with applicable laws
C. Data Minimization and Retention

Only necessary data shall be collected and retained as required by law or business purposes.

D. Data Sharing and Processing

Personal data may be processed by authorized service providers including Evolve Brands Pvt. Ltd.

E. Partner Rights
  • Access their personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Withdraw consent (subject to program discontinuation implications)

G. Data Security

JSL and its authorized service providers shall implement reasonable safeguards to protect personal data.

H. Liability Limitation for Third-Party Fulfilment

Reward fulfilment is managed by Evolve Brands Pvt. Ltd. For product-related issues, Partners shall directly contact the manufacturer or authorized distributor.
