Terms and Conditions


  1. This application is intended solely for the use by the partners of Jindal Stainless Ltd. The term “Partners” may include fabricators, retailers, dealers and any other channel associates of JSL. Any unauthorized use by individuals outside this defined category may result in legal action by the company.

  2. The scheme/program is designed for partners, offering tailored benefits, resources and exclusive deals to enhance their business.

  3. If an individual misrepresents themselves, in any manner, then the company reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings, both civil and criminal.

  4. Registration for the program is free, allowing partners to join without any financial commitment, to ensure easy access to the scheme's/program’s benefits for all eligible Partners.

  5. Redemption will only be processed once the necessary approval is obtained.

  6. Points will only be credited to partners upon scanning the valid QR code pasted on genuine Jindal Saathi Seal Stainless Steel pipes C tubes. This ensures proper transaction verification and maintains the integrity of the rewards system.

  7. The value per point is set at 1Point = 0.15 paise. If there are any changes to the point value, the company will provide an update accordingly. Company reserves the right to change the point value at any given point of time.

  8. Partner’s registered mobile phone number serves as their unique identifier, simplifying registration and verification while enabling efficient communication for updates and ensuring effective management of Loyalty program.

  9. Registration requires both first and last names and a valid mobile number to create a verified Partner account. These details ensure accurate identification, facilitate communication, and maintain account integrity, enabling seamless access to program benefits and updates.

  10. By registering, Partners agree to the terms of the program, which may be updated periodically. Any changes will be communicated. Acceptance of these terms means Partners agree to follow the rules and understand their rights and responsibilities.

  11. Loyalty points, benefits, and privileges are non-transferable. Any attempt to transfer rewards may lead to forfeiture and possible termination of enrolment from Loyalty Program, as benefits are for the designated Partner only.

  12. If some Loyalty points and / or rewards / benefits are wrongly credited into any account, the same can be debited or reversed by Jindal Stainless Ltd. by itself and the concerned Partner shall be informed accordingly.

  13. Using program benefits implies acceptance of the terms and conditions, and Partners are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the guidelines.

  14. This program cannot be combined with any other company schemes. Registered Partners must engage solely with this program to fully enjoy its unique benefits, ensuring a clear and distinct experience.

  15. Jindal Stainless Ltd. reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at its discretion, without prior notice. Partners are encouraged to stay engaged and informed, as changes may impact their involvement or benefits.

  16. Jindal Stainless Ltd. reserves the right to modify its schemes, campaigns, or bounty lists as needed, without prior notice. Partners should regularly review updates to stay informed about any changes that may affect their engagement and benefits.

  17. A PAN Card is required for transactions over Rs.10,000 to ensure regulatory compliance and transparency. Partners must present their PAN Card to verify identity and prevent fraud.

  18. Any legal disputes related to this program will be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi, meaning that all legal proceedings must be initiated and resolved in the courts located there.

  19. Jindal Stainless Ltd. may adjust their value based on market conditions or internal policies.

  20. Points cannot be redeemed against a cash value.

  21. Jindal Stainless Ltd has appointed Evolve Brands Pvt. Ltd. for complete end to end management of this loyalty program.

  22. The fulfilment of merchandise available in the catalogue will be the responsibility of Evolve Brands Pvt. Ltd. All products in the catalogue would carry its routine manufacturer warranty unless mentioned otherwise thereof. For all requests for maintenance/ warranty/ replacement issues, the user has to directly contact the manufacturer/authorized agent/distributor.
